Why did you start Cox Property Group?
Inheriting wealth can be a complex thing. It sparks questions about legacy, responsibility, and how to make a true difference.
I saw many friends go through this dilemma: not just for financial security, but for a deeper impact. They wanted their inheritance to create a ripple of good, to build a safe haven for those most in need.
That's why I founded Cox Property Group. We harness the power of property to do more than just generate returns. We create environments of warmth and support, empowering investors to impact the lives of others.
Think of supported living spaces for those that are homeless, people with disabilities, safe spaces for women escaping domestic abuse and many other vulnerable people that require support to get their life back on track. These are the legacies we build, brick by brick.
What did you do professionally before launching Cox Property Group?
For over 20 years, property has been my calling. It began in 2003 with 10 buy-to-let properties, learning the ropes of ownership and tenant management firsthand.
Before that, I spent my career was spent in the financial services sector, honing my skills as a high net worth investment advisor before moving into the practical side of property with leasing, property management and accounting.
2022 marked a turning point. I tackled a full-scale refurbishment in Windsor, witnessing a neglected house transform into a cosy haven.
This project cemented my love for property and sparked a new ambition: to share my knowledge and make a real impact. That's how, in 2023, Cox Property Group was born.
What would you say are your strongest skills or qualities?
My strength lies in crafting investment strategies that balance financial viability with meaningful social impact.
I love analysing the numbers in a spreadsheet and nothing warms my heart more than hearing how the people that have moved into our properties have developed and thrived, due to their new environment and the support & encouragement the wonderful supported living providers provide.
Leveraging my 20 years of experience in property, I am grateful to have a dedicated team that can project manage and build high-quality supported living projects, that contribute demonstrably to the well-being of our communities.

What is your ‘why’, the thing that moves you forward each day?
I have always been interested in property from a young age. My grandfather was a successful property developer and as I child I loved hearing about his projects; and my company is named after him.
Property has been my passion for over 20 years, but it's more than about financial returns. Over time, I realised it could be a powerful tool for positive change, to help the most vulnerable of our society.
I founded my company to connect investors who share this vision with opportunities that offer both attractive returns and real impact.
We focus on projects like developing supportive housing solutions, where financial success and helping people go hand-in-hand.
My mission is simple: to build financial security whilst making a real difference.
